Pricing

You buy time, not tours. Within the window you have paid for, you can build as many tours as you like, in as many cities as you like, for as long as you like.

What a pass costs

24-hour pass — $6.95

Unlimited tours for a day. Right for a single city stop.

7-day pass — $12.95

Unlimited tours for a week. Right for a trip with several stops.

Joining a tour — free

If somebody else has planned a tour and given you their code, joining costs nothing. Up to ten people including the host.

Start a tour

Why a pass rather than per-tour

Because charging per tour would make you ration them, and rationing them is the wrong behaviour. Most people plan a route, walk half of it, decide they would rather see the other side of the river, and plan another. That should not cost anything extra, so it does not.

What is included

Unlimited tours
Any number, any city, anywhere in the world, for the length of the pass.
Every mode
Walking, running, cycling, driving and wheelchair-accessible routing.
Spoken narration
Audio at every stop, or text, or both.
Group tours
Up to ten people including you. They join free with your code.
Replanning

Nothing renews. A pass runs for its window and stops — there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. If it was not what you expected, email info@customwalkingtours.com within 14 days and we will refund it in full. Full detail in the terms.

Questions about paying

Does the pass renew automatically?

No. A pass runs for its window and stops. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel — you will never be billed again unless you deliberately buy another pass.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email info@customwalkingtours.com within 14 days of buying a pass and we will refund it in full, no reason needed. If something failed outright — you were charged and no pass appeared — we will refund it whenever you notice, inside that window or not.

Is joining someone else’s tour really free?

Yes. The person who plans the tour buys the pass; everyone joining with their code pays nothing, up to ten people including the host.

Can I use one pass in more than one city?

Yes — the pass is time, not a destination. A 7-day pass covers as many cities as you can get to in a week.
